James Johnson teaches Marketing Principles, the Hospitality Recreation and Tourism pathway as well as Digital Marketing classes at Johns Creek High School. James has been in education for 12 years and has found a home at Johns Creek High School as he has been here 10 years. James enjoys teaching marketing because it is so relevant to the real world, and can be used in many aspects outside of the classroom. James is really passionate about preparing students for the next level and helping them develop skills that they can use in any field they choose to pursue. The classroom should be without walls, is a philosophy that has been adopted by James as he infuses field trips near and abroad so that students can experience education, not just read about it.
In addition to the classroom, James is a DECA advisor and the JV Boys head basketball coach. James serves on several leadership boards in the school, and for Fulton County as well.
James was born and raised in Chicago, IL, and attended college for undergraduate in Tallahassee at Florida A&M University and Florida State University.
He has an MBA from Mercer university and loves to travel and is a big food nerd that loves to cook and try all types of foods from various cuisines.
Joe Eineker teaches Marketing Principles, Introduction to Sports and Entertainment Marketing, and Advanced Sports and Entertainment Marketing at Johns Creek High School. In this role, he is guiding students to become the best they can be while he opens their eyes to the world of marketing. Joe is in his 4th year at Johns Creek and has 30 years overall in education. He considers himself a lifelong learner and is passionate about having an impact on his students by modeling professionalism while creating a positive learning environment in his classes.
Joe’s career includes teaching a wide range of subjects including fifth grade, interrelated resources, mathematics, and currently marketing. He is the varsity assistant coach for the boys’ basketball team. His coaching career includes ten years as a head coach and over twenty years as an assistant. Joe played college basketball at Washington College in Maryland.
Joe grew up in Bloomfield, New Jersey, and moved to the Atlanta area in 1994. He is married to Calandra Eineker, a retired Fulton County Schools teacher, and they have two children, Sydney and David, who attend the University of Tennessee in Knoxville.
Joe is excited about his new role as a marketing teacher and DECA advisor. He is also an advisor for the Fellowship of Christian Athletes.
